To check availability and confirm a stay, please call or fill out the form below with your dates, number of guests, and preferred cabin(s). Once we receive your request, we typically will get back to you within a few hours (or within 24), to let you know if your dates are available. To make a reservation and confirm your stay, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Reservations are not guaranteed without payment.
We gladly accept electronic transfers and credit card payments through our online invoicing system. There is a 3.3% transaction fee for credit card payments.
Pack it In, Pack it Out. Please take all trash, food, and gear with you, as there is no landfill in the area. If you prefer not to haul out your trash, there’s a disposal fee ($25 per 13-gallon bag) to cover the cost of having it hauled out.
Being a small business with a tiny crew, McCarthy Cabins has a set check in window. There is a late check in fee of $50 for arrivals between 7pm - 8pm. Sorry, there are no check ins after 8pm.

Early Check In: Are you arriving to the area before 3pm? Feel free to inquire if an early check-in is possible. If so, I’m happy to accommodate!
Cancellation Policy
With our short season, and remote location, cancellations significantly affect us. Because of this, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:
90+ days: $50 cancellation fee
Between 90 and 60 days: 50% refund
60 days or less: 100% penalty applies
We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
