The Basics

  • Cozy Comfort – Each of our three log cabins includes a kitchenette, private shower house with hot water, well-maintained outhouse, and comfy bedding with fresh towels.

  • Private Setting – Each cabin sits on its own property, surrounded by beautiful Alaska wilderness.

  • Easy Access – You can drive right up to your cabin. (A vehicle is required; we can’t accommodate fly-in or shuttle-only guests.)

  • No Extra Surprises – Rates include everything — no added taxes or hidden fees.

  • Pack It In, Pack It Out – Please take all food, gear, trash, and belongings with you when you leave.

  • Pet-Free & Smoke-Free – We love animals, but no pets are allowed. All properties are smoke-free.

Check-In & Stay Details

  • 2-night minimum stay (3 nights over July 4th weekend).

  • Check-in: 4–7 pm. Late arrivals (7–8 pm) incur a $50 fee; no check-ins after 8 pm.

  • Check-out: by 11am.

Swift Creek Cabin, $195+ per night

Nestled on nearly eight acres of beautiful Alaska wilderness, Swift Creek Cabin offers sweeping views of the Chugach Mountains and the Chitina River Valley. The property features two hand-built log cabins — one is my home, and the other is yours to enjoy.

Rates & Capacity

  • $195 per night for 1–2 guests

  • $30 per night for an additional guest (sleeps up to 3)

  • Sleeping arrangements:

    • 1 double bed

    • 1 twin bed in a cozy mini-loft

What’s Included

  • Beautiful valley and mountain views

  • Mini kitchenette with two-burner stove (best for simple meals)

  • Basic kitchen supplies — pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and more

  • Charging station for small devices

  • Filtered drinking water + non-potable water for dishes and showers

  • Private log shower house with hot water

  • Clean, well-maintained outhouse

  • Cozy bedding and towels

  • Solar lighting with propane backup for cloudy days

  • Wall heater for chilly nights

  • Privacy and peace in the heart of Alaska

Power Note: CPAP machines can’t be used with our off-grid solar power system.

There’s no refrigerator in Swift Creek, but coolers with ice packs work great!

Bluff Cabin, $295+ per night

Perched on more than 20 acres of beautiful Alaska wilderness, Bluff Cabin offers sweeping views of the Kennicott River and the Chitina River Valley.

Rates & Capacity

  • $295 per night for 1–2 guests

  • $30 per night for each additional guest (sleeps up to 5)

  • Sleeping arrangements:

    • Loft with queen bed (steep, ladder-style stairs—best for sure-footed guests)

    • Downstairs bedroom with twin bunk beds

    • Couch in the living room for an additional guest

  • Wood stove for heat (firewood provided)

  • Kitchenette with small propane fridge and four-burner stove (no oven)

  • Basic kitchen supplies — pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and more

Set on more than 10 acres of peaceful Alaska wilderness, Meadow Cabin offers a quiet retreat with partial mountain views and a cozy, homey feel.

  • $250 per night for 1–2 guests

  • $30 per night for each additional guest (up to 4 guests total)

  • Sleeping arrangements:

    • Loft with queen bed (fairly steep, ladder-style stairs—best for sure-footed guests)

    • Queen hideaway couch bed downstairs (plus foam pad for extra comfort)

• 90–60 days before arrival — 50% refund
• Less than 60 days before arrival — 100% penalty
